The viewer could not process an event. Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator. [RCIRAS0546]

I'm getting this error and I don't know why it occurs.

It's so strange because after run 3 times, everything happens.

    Is this CABI 4.x?

If so, how much RAM is on the CABI server?

    Hi Paul,

        Yes, it's a CABI 4 using 16Gb.

It's probably one reason, i'll try to gather information to prove it.

Thank you for remembering about memory.

    Regards

    Hi Tiago,

In addition to what Paul had mentioned, you may perform the steps from the below tech document:

    Hi Paul_Coccimiglio  and Naveen_Desham,

For history purposes was added memory, now the server it's 28Gb RAM, and  was applied TEC1197186, CA SDM and CA BI shared the same server.

I can run normally but i can't run when my range has a big result (many records).

    Regards

    Tiago,

Do you see that the underlying ODBC query that SDM received is not finishing?
