    I need to know what are the backup Procedure steps for Ca SDM R12.9 AA Environment

    Below are the server details

    Background  Server-1

    Standby Server-1

    Application Servers -2

    MDB Server Separate in Cluster  Environment

    Business Intelligence Server - 1

     

    Also did customization
