I would like to know when CA Service Desk Manager 12.7 will be in End of Service (EoS). I have heard on 31th December 2015. Is it true?
If yes, I will be able to open a case (or issue) at CA support site after this date (Dec2015)?
What is difference between End of Service (EoS) and End of Lyfe (EoL)?
