    Hi Guys!

     

    I would like to know when CA Service Desk Manager 12.7 will be in End of Service (EoS). I have heard on 31th December 2015. Is it true?

     

    If yes, I will be able to open a case (or issue) at CA support site after this date (Dec2015)?

     

    What is difference between End of Service (EoS) and End of Lyfe (EoL)?

    Hi Nelson,

    CA Service Desk Manager does go End Of Service as of December 31, 2015.  We dont really use EOL dates, just EOS.  What that means is that from a support standpoint, we will give what we call "best effort" support, but there will be no further fixes, patches, or code changes provided to a customer.  If you have an active support contract with CA, you will still be able to open cases online with us.
