Hi all,
i was trying to find out if a customer changed the values of a form in CA Service Catalog 12.7 because it seemed like. But I found no log or anything else which showed these changes. And as it possible to edit the whole request during the fulfillment, it should at least be possible to see these changes.
Also as the table where the form data is stored uses a ntext field I cannot create a history trigger for it...
Do you have any suggestions how I can log changes on a form?
