I'm looking to setup the CA Service Management App in our environment to add a new way for our analysts to work their tickets on the go.  Our organization requires a landing page for authentication for any external facing applications, so our web services aren't readily available outside our network without first authenticating through that screen.  Is there a way to still connect the mobile app externally if this requirement cannot be turned off?  Also, is there any technical documentation on the Mobile App outside of what's in the CA SDM 14.1 documentation?  There doesn't seem to be a lot there.

    Kenneth,

The server side of the mobile application is deployed into the REST Tomcat instance. When using the Mobile Application a url must be specified that points to the REST web services url directly. I don't believe there's a way that you can point the Mobile App to an authentication url, and then have that authentication url route to the REST url, the app is trying to connect directly to web services. This does sound like a great consideration for an "Idea", though.
