CA ITAM error after login

Hi,

 

WE have installed ITAM and everything was successful, able to login but could not see anything apart from the below error. Please let me know if any one can help on this.

 

 

ERROR: An unexpected error has occurred.

Hi Avinash,

Please check these below list of items

- if Database is on remote box or local just try to access it. just to make sure database is available.

- From the ITAM server run iis reset command and verify the behavior.

Thanks for your reply, i tried both the things and able to connect to DB and also ran iisreset but no luck

Hello Avinash,

 

I would recommend putting in an issue for investigation by your local ITAM support team.

This error indicates there is amiss in the database that would require some further in-depth research.
