Debugger stopping the service

    Hi All,

    CASD 12.7


    At times, primary servcie found to be in stopped state when it was functioning fine and during the issue time, if we take alooka t the vent viewer this issue is recorded,



    An unhandled win32 exception occurred in sslump_nxd.exe [6384]. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: Debugger could not be started because no user is logged on.

    Wondering why this si happening and how the servcie is coonceted for this devugging. Please provide an defnition/clarification on this exception.

    Hi Mohan,


    I would suggest you to open support issue for this. It is required to gather the process dump catcher for further investigation.
