We are using CA SDM 12.6
After running the pdm_webstat -d command, I found that there was one user id having 127 sessions.
How is this possible? And is there a way to end the multiple sessions?
This can happen if a user gets into the habit of exiting a session by closing the browser window rather than by clicking 'Log out'. The sessions should eventually time out. Check the setting of 'Timeout' in %NX_ROOT%\site\mods\bopcfg\web.cfg in case it is excessive. Visit your user and find out how they log out - a gentle hint may be in order :-).
