We are using CA SDM 12.6
Sometime updates done to a ticket (status update, log comment, attach document) do not reflect on the ticket.
When the lock on such tickets is deleted from Administration->System->Current Locks, the updates start working properly.
Anybody else experience this or have any ideas/suggestions, please share.
i. Try clearing the IE cache and possibly the proxy cache? Executing the pdm_webcache command may also help.
