  • 1.  Attachament Files in Legal Documents

    Hello everyone,

    After creating a new legal document, when I try to insert an attachment File type does not appear the Browser field, to choose this file, that the ITAM 12.9.0.427 with the installed CUM2.

    You 12.8 ITAM environment works as it should.

    Any solution this is?

    Have you opened a Support ticket for this problem?  If not, I would recommend doing so.  The support team will need to look at your configuration and test your Steps to Reproduce to analyze this further.

    Hi Mauricio,

     

    It works just fine on my ITAM r12.9 CP2 using IE.

     

    I'm am just curious...Do you get this problem with all browsers: IE, Chrome and Firefox?

     

    Otherwise I'd echo the same sentiment as per John_Spears
