  • 1.  Implementation of USS

    Dear Team

     

    I have 4 servers and have implemented CA SDM 14.1 with AA (Database,Background, Standby and Apllication) with 4 GB RAM

     

    I want to install CA USS and as mentioned in the document I have to have more 2 GB RAM in each system to install it.

     

    I want to know that whether I have to install USS in all the systems?

     

    Can we install the USS in a separate system?

    If yes how?

    Hi Saswata,

     

    You can install USS on a separate server and there is no need to install USS on all the servers. You can install it on CA SDM or on a different server. The pre-req is that it should have SDM or Catalog already installed.

    How much system resource does USS need to be implemented.
