  • 1.  Standards of time of optimal response

    Hi Team!

There are standards for optimal response time for the operation of CA Service Desk Manager and CA Service Catalog or some time base line?.

We have a customer who is presenting very high response times for authentication and demanding this information.

    Thanks,

    Adriana,

I do not know if the information requested, but we have historically had similar problems with different settings.

If you are using EEM as a user repository, how many users you have registered?

If you are using EEM with AD you can tell me:

    1. what is the connection settings? , How does the customer domains?

    2. You have configured the connection for LDAP (port tcp 389) or Global Catalog (port tcp 3268)?

Our experience, generally, the problems are of slowness between AD and EEM

    Juan.

There is no official documentation/guidelines since all implementations and environments are different.

However, additional information is available on "Stress Lab test" in the CA Service Desk Manager R12.5 Green Book - Page 475. This green book is available for download at https://support.ca.com/phpdocs/7/common/greenbooks/CA_SDM_r125_Green_Book_ENU.pdf
