    Hi All,


    We have comman MDB and CA ServiceDesk 12.9 on other server.

    The Servicedesk installation was Successful but When we try to install the option of Email integration form Option manager it results in In Progress state.

    After that even we try to deinstall it remains In Progress Status.

    Stdlog file error


    ERROR        bpnotify.c             619 couldn't launch windows app: D:\Program Files (x86)/CA/SERVIC~1/bin/pdm_options_mgr -e -b -a pdm_option.inst  -o 1591  -s mail_ca_cert_path -v "C:/cacerts/cacert.pem" -d domsrvr -u superuser/Administrator




    Enovirenment Details

    OS:Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Standard

    Syestem Type:x64

    Databse :MS SQL Server 2008 R2

    Did the TECDOC Naveen_Desham provide resolve the issue?
