    Guys,

     

    I am having some problem to change the prefered language on BSI 8.2.5. Does anyone can give me any tips, please?

    A screenshot about this problem goes in attachment.

    Did you tried change the preferred culture ? (pt - BR).

    Caue,

     

    That's the problem. When i change it to Brazilian Portuguese the Preferred culture does not give me this option (pt-BR).

    As shows the screenshots below.

    Hm .. I see.

     

    I saw this kind of error message working with translation scripts however in minor release (8.2.5) was an issue solved that you can find at release notes.

     

    I guess you should contact CA Support for more details. I don't know which server configurations or installation steps could result on this.

     

    Anyway, let we know how fix this when you figured out.

    Thanks for trying to resolve this with me, Caue.

     

    We tried tons of things to solve it but no success. I solved the problem by reinstalling the 3 servers (DB, WEB, APP).
