It is possible to block new sessions of analysts who already have logged on in the CA Service Desk Manager?
CA Service Desk Manager 12.7 with CA EEM 8.4 and default IIS default
Windows Server 2008 Ent 64bits with SQL Server 2008 R2 Ent 64bits
I don't think there is a way to block new session of logged in analysts within the SDM. Each session shall be created accessing from the multiple browsers.

Not yet a friend, because I have some priorities to complete. But I have to think of a solution, because as we are service providers, the control of the licenses used by analysts at customer side is important factor.
Please, if you find a solution, update this discussion.
This is not possible. Best would be to raise a Enhancement Request, i.e. Idea.
