    We are planning to implement HA for Service Desk.

    Can someone suggest me a way of HA implementation with out arcserve?

    Hi Lekshmi,

     

    HA Implementation is possible using Xosoft. You may refer Greenbook for the detailed information.

    For the latest release, I think it should be possible using ARcserve RHA.

    Does Xosoft require seperate license?
