I'm with a demand to restart the sequence number of the tickets and the prefix each year. I'm using pdm_extract and pdm_load in the KC. So far I haven't seen anything that could impact. Does anyone have any info or negative experience on this subject? Use Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit, SQL Server 2008 R2 64bits and SDM 12.7
