  • 1.  Customer want to attach file to Approver WF. It is possible?

    The WF process:

    The REQ ticket created in SDM.

    WF triggered by new SDM ticket (req area)

    File attachment hapens later then ticket creation.

    The approver will decide based on the documents (docx, PDF, xlsx,...)

    Is there any OOTB resolution to attach file to PAM WF?

    Hi pamse01,

     

    OOTB there is no PAM process available to achieve this requirement. This requires customization of a PAM process which can include createAttachment webservice method. If anyone has different ideas, pls reply to this thread.
