CA Business intelligence R3.3 is installed along with CA Service Desk Manager R12.9. While opening the Report "Volume and Trend" under the Incident Problem ---> Count Folder and selecting the Ticket type only Incident is showing in drop down. Already logged Request, Incident and Problem in Ca Service Desk but making no effect.

Thanks Naveen for the response. But I am not able to get the Request type table from the Designer. I have imported the CA Service Desk Universe and the following folders occurred. Attached is the screenshot. Do let me know how I can I get the Request Type folder
I believe it's under Lookup Tables folder(class)
But inside the File "Request" > details there is no Type atribute?
Expand Lookup Tables > Request Type. Right click on code and click on View Associated Table as below:
