Validation/routing based on property selected

    Can ticket routing and validation be done based on value of property field selected in the ticket.

    Example of validation would be making a particular field mandatory based on the property selected.

    Hi Kalidh,

     

    I dont think out of the box we have this feature to configure. If anyone has an idea to achieve this with the customizations, pls reply to this thread.

    Naveen is right - this is not possible out of the box and would require customisation.
