Stop Requested For from prepopulating

We use !CA Service Catalog 12.7 and by default the Requested For field listed in the Cart when checking out is prepopulated with the Requested By user's name. Is there a setting or customization available that would allow this field to still be required but just have it be blank when first entering the Cart?

Hi Chris,

            Appreciate if you can have someone to shed some light on this. Having this field getting pre populate is really confusing for the user who is raising a request on behalf of other user. In this scenarios, may users forget to update this field and end up raising the request for themselves.

 

If no one can answer this, I would suggest that this should be an idea which worth considering.
