Any Knowledge Report Card & Multi-Tenancy sites out there?

    Hello,

     

    I'm looking for feedback from any Knowledge Report Card sites out there who use Multi-Tenancy in CA Service Desk Manager.

     

    In particular, around the "Tenant Statistics" calculation in the case of the Service Provider Tenant.

     

     

    Any feedback on how you use this data, how it works, any issues with regards to the Multi-Tenancy, would be appreciated.
