    On behalf of CA Technologies, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide high-quality, innovative software and services.  As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products. Today, we are pleased to announce that CA Business Service Insight r8.2.5 is now available.


     

    New features for CA Business Service Insight r8.2.5  include:

     

    Cumulative fix

    This release accumulates all patches and fixes into one release.

    Aggregation Engine

    ACE1 will be the default engine for this version. ACE2 is for customers with high performance / load implementation demand.  CA recommends that customers who wish to use ACE2, consult services in order to design /optimize the implementation to best leverage the ACE2 technology.

    Installation and migration

    This version is installed directly on top of 7.1, 8.x and as clean install.

    Quality improvements

    This version is improves overall availability, reliability, supportability, and performance.
