    On behalf of CA, we appreciate your business and the                           

    opportunity to provide high-quality, innovative software                       

    and services. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer                    

    success, we regularly announce updated releases and                            

    maintenance for our products.                                                  

                                                                                   

    As part of our continuous support, following issues have                       

    been found with CA Service Catalog R12.9 and have been                         

    addressed through the Patch RO68076.                                           

                                                                                   

    1.When  using  a  Label  form  object, updating the 'Label                     

    Text' property with text value doesn't  show in the form                       

    object itself.                                                                 

    2.When in form  designer,  the  label  text  does  not                         

    appear. When producing a request,  the  label  text  does                      

    not   appear. When receiving an email of  a request, the                       

    html  code is                                                                   

       visible AND the label text appears incorrectly.                             

    3. Firing event even for disabled label.                                       

                                                                                    

    Note that it's a mandatory patch and needs to be applied on                    

    CA Service Catalog R12.9 at it's GA level, i.e.  prior to                      

    applying any other patches.
