If you configure more than 1 report in the Custom Navigation (CA BSI Dashboard) then it should break them out into the sub-menu at right or left side. If this sub-menu is overlapping into the same menu then :
Verify if on your your Internet Explorer the parameter "Custom level" -> "Miscellaneous" -> "Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints" is enabled
