    After installing CA BSI 8.2 on a Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 and you try to login you get this error:

    External error, Unable to connect to DB : [Provider cannot be found. It may
    not be properly installed. (HR: 0x800a0e7a) (Unknown error 0x800A0E7A)    
    (Source = ADODB.Connection)] [Thread: 5092] [CDBConnection                
    pointer:0x1861524][GetConfiguration]


    The problem was with the library registration bitness, that must be executed for 32-bit. And it was trying to register in 64-bit mode.

    This is the code that must executed:

    %systemroot%\SysWoW64\regsvr32.exe oraoledb11.dll

    The login screen should now appears correctly

    Hi Grero,

    I am getting an error as given in the below screenshot:

     

    I am accessing my Database through Oracle client and I am able to open the database after contacing my SYSDBA but the application is still down.

    Please help me!!
