    Hi Ram,

it does not exist. We don't keep the data to be able to perform a user-replay.

What do you need it for?

    Thankyou for your response Jorg.

As per the CA APM documentation, User session playback is one of the Tool capabilities.

We are interested in that point. Appreciate your response on the same.

    Thanks,
    Rams

    Hi Rams,

could you point me to the location in the CA APM documentation please? (Link will do).

Maybe we are not talking about the same.
    Regards

    Jörg

    Hi Ram

End user session replay is available for mobile app user sessions in Application Experience Analytics, which is part of the APM 20.x version. You would have to install an SDK into the Android or iOS applications by either wrapping the Android APK file, or integrating the SDK to the iOS xcode project. Other mobile platforms, such as Cordova, Ionic and Xamarin are also supported

    https://www.broadcom.com/info/aiops/app-analytics

    Examples:

    https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/app-experience-analytics/20-2/configuring/collect-data-from-android-applications.html

This functionality is not available for Web Browser based user sessions
