DX SaaS does support older on-premise agents via Cloud Proxy. Download that from your tenant and deploy. You will need to provide the agent with a JRE to use.
Once the Cloud Proxy is running and configured to reach the internet, you can point your on-premise agents at it as if it were an EM.
An exception to this setup would be 10.7 agents. You can configure 10.7 agents to connect directly to use if also provide your tenant token in the agent profile, along with agentManager.url.x.

Subject: Compatibility of SaaS version and old agent (on-Premises version) connection
Our customer has a few questions below.
they saw the following description/article in Japanese about The DX APM-SaaS.
https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/jp/en/ca-enterprise-software/it-operations-management/dx-apm-saas/SaaS/421963395.html
the description/article has an explanation below Warning.
-------------
Warning
Important: CA Digital Experience Insights Application Performance Management (APM SaaS) does not support Application Performance Management (On-Premises) agent.
Using agents other than those downloaded from APM SaaS may cause unpredictable results.
-------------
Our customer would like to know the following.
(question number A)Does this Warning above mean that the connection between the on-premise version agent and APM 11 SaaS version EM is not supported, regardless of whether or not Cloud Proxy is used?
(question number B)Is it possible to connect to the APM 11 SaaS version EM using the previous version of the on-premise-version agent?
If the connection is possible, will it be out of support?
thank you for your help.
