Is there any metric on CA LAC servers to capture the stalls showing in the image. The requirement is to configure an alert on the LAC stalls.

If you click on the name of your Experience Card, you will see which agents are participating in this Business Service and it's related metrics. You should then find the "Stall Count" Blame metric which you can set an alert on.

As a reminder, a stall is defined as any transaction that takes more than 30 seconds to complete. This does not mean that the transaction failed, just that it took a long time.
