APMSQL-Grafana automate queries

Hello everyone,

Currently i'm integrate apmsql with grafana.
And i'm confusing about automate queries in apmsql.
for example, i'm trying to create drop down list menu for all host/agent in grafana and i dont know how the queries will be.

As you can see on above screenshot, this is other dashboard and using mysql queries, not using apmsql. 
How i create drop down list menu in apmsql like that?
