  • 1.  Errors while Microsoft performs .NET PTO on App Node

    Background:
    The customer asked MS to perform an analysis on a monitored app.
    They performed a  .NET Performance & Tuning Optimization (PTO) service.

    they got all info from "process dumps" (I need to get more info on this).

    The main results were:

    List of exceptions captured by Microsoft
    Has anyone faced this kind of issues before? 
    any advice?
    I really appreciate any sugestions/advice/whatever approach since the customer, from these results, basically is getting instructions from Microsoft to REMOVE all agents from App.

    The .Net Framework is 4.0.
    Agent version 10.7
