Hello.
I would like to know if I can import a t
oken certificate for agents
already installed with DXAPM 19.4 , in a new tenant on DXAPM 20.2, instead of creating a new certificate.
Is it possible in any way?
Thanks

Hi,
Agents Need a
new
token to connect to
new
tenant. Tokens are generated for that particular tenant to authorize the agent.
Thanks,
Yanna

Yes I know but...
I was running DXAPM19.4 with 100+ agents.
After that I had a crash on the K8S infrastructure due to certs expiration which drove me to reinstall everything. Now I am running DXAPM20.2 and would like to have my agents back to it.
So instead of using a new token I would like to import old one in 20.2. Is it possible?

Hi ,
I have checked with the backline team, unfortunately, importing 19.4 keys to fresh install of 20.2 is not possible.
If the environment is not an upgrade refreshing the tokens is the only way to go.
Note: T
enant ID is part of the Agent keys.
Thanks,
Yanna
