  • 1.  Empty Graph showing when the time range set as 30 days

    Hi there,

     

    Would like to check, for the dashboards that i created, if i selected the Time Range on the top right, it showing empty graphs.

    Please to advise.

    Can you please upload a screenshot to show the issue you are experiencing?

    time range selected is 8 minutestime range selected is 30 days

     30 day metrics data show up under Investigator? This may need technical assistance.

    Could be number of issues. Please open a support case.

    It is interesting that 30 days were selected and the date range on the graphs are in December, instead of the previous 30 days (Jan 25 to Feb 24)
