  • 1.  ADA integration with APM not working

    Hi All,

     

    We are using CA APM 10.0 and CA ADA 10.2, we have opened 5001 port, installed ADA connector on MOM server. But we are unable to get ADA metrics. We see that the connector is populated in the Metric browser but, only EM Port  and EM Host are shown. Pls help.

    Just seeing the EM host and Port could mean that the Enterprise manager is clamped so check the APM status console for that. Failing that then maybe the connector is not able to connect to the ADA system - check that you have configured the ADA system details correctly in the connector properties and also review the connector log file for messages

    There are no clamps. There is a support case opened for this.
