Finding old transactions

Hello how do I find an old transaction in Introscope, how can I do this?
A transaction longer than 1 month.

Example:
On 10/04/2017 I found a transaction with a very slow component, this was passed to the responsible team.

Now on 10/05/2017 we need to locate this same transaction to see if the issue is resolved.

Is that what we have to do?

Hi Olivia,

Unfortunately by default, to prevent EM overload, transaction traces are only kept for 14 days via EM property:

introscope.enterprisemanager.transactionevents.storage.max.data.age=14

So unless you have already increased that value you won't be able to use the Historical Query Viewer to look at a trace from April 10.
