Hoping you can help. We have a wily agent 126.96.36.199 installed on a WebLogic application server (12C) which is successfully connecting to the Introscope host, but is failing to report back any metrics.
We have successfully connected to another host using version 9.6.* and the metrics report back successfully.
Using Java 1.7
Any ideas on what may be causing the issue?
Take a look at your agent log to see if it has found the agent profile properly during startup.
Please let us know what your further investigations and agent log review found.
Also check your apm status console for any metric clamping. Also, as Hiko stated, check your Agent log. But also check to see if the agent is disconnecting and reconnecting frequently. This too can cause the agent to not report metrics.
