  • 1.  Agents are getting disconnected with the Collectors

    Hi All,

     

    We are using APM 10.0, the agents are getting disconnected from the APM servers, frequently. We have checked for Transaction traces, Active Clamps. There are no such errors. Does any one had similar issue? Pls help.

    Support case : 00730062 opened  for similar reason , already asked the logs ..

    Chandrasekhar hope the WAS agent issue reoccurred. As the case has been opened Olympia will help you.

     

    Hence I am marking this as answered. Also please provide the resolution from the case to help other customers in the same situation.

    Hi Chandrasekhar,

     

    My assumption is that this is the same system that you just raised a support case for via chat is that correct ?
