  • 1.  Agent is not able to connect to EM

    Hi!

         I have a problem with CA APM agent for Websphere server, this server have reported to me in other hour, but now is not reporting... I see a lot of messages in introscopeEnterpriseManager.log, The agent that I would like to report is D001BPP05 server.

     

         I have not Idea what this problem is.

    Hi,

     

    From the snippet above it does not show any disconnection.  Can you upload your agent and em log here?
