I have requested those in Support and other groups to respond. So it appears that no one has an answer to your post or has noticed this issue before. As a result, marking as answered . But I will continue to encourage those internally to respond if they can.
I am not sure if opening a case will give further insight. But it could be pursued. If this is the case, please post the resolution here so other can learn from your experience.
