  • 1.  Integrate CA PAM with CA APM

    Hello Expert,

     

    I was install CA PAM and CA APM on same server.

     

    When i select event provider to CA IT Process Automation Manager.

     

    I got the following error:

     

    Error(s):

    • Unable to connect to the workflow server, ensure that the server is available.

     

    I have follow up to  article CA ITPAM integration.

     

    But not solve this problem.

     

    Please help verify for this error.

    For an integration issue liek this, it is best to open a case to work through teh various issues.

    Hi,

     

    I able to solve this issue by myself.

     

    The solution is install CA PAM are first and CA APM are second.

     

    The integration completed.

    Is there a place in the documentation that we need to state this? (I could help get any needed changes on the APM Doc side).
