Server and Network metrics are not reported in Investigator

  • 1.  Server and Network metrics are not reported in Investigator

    Hello All,

     

    Server and Network metrics are not reported in Investigator since 10th of October.

     

    Getting error 'Database usage not available because the database is down' and Process 'nqmetricd' is refreshing in every 10 minutes in MTP side.

     

    Getting 'Error: Could not open database connection. Error in SqlCommand at execute.' while loading 'analysis' tab in MTP.

     

    Please suggest.

    Hi Vaibhav:

        I am marking this as assumed answered since it has been awhile. This sounds like the Vertica DB needs rebuilding. The MTP Community would be a great place to post this
