  • 1.  Dashboard in Webview console not working fine

    Hi Team,

     

    I have created some dashboards which are fine when we run it on console on Workstation, but when these dashboards are run on webview console it shows some alerts which are not created on that dashboard. I have tried this with other browser also but the behavior is same. Please check the below screen shot:

    In Webview console it is showing like:

     

    Please help me to resolve this.

    Hi Vinay,

     

    A few questions:

     

    What version are you seeing this on?  

     

    If you create a simple dashboard with 1 metric, do you see the same behavior?

     

    Does this happen with more than 1 dashboard that you have created?

     

    Does this happen on the Out Of The Box dashboards that we provide?

    Also if you edit that dashboard, do you see the Alert there?  If so can you delete it, save it and see if it reappears?

    Hi Matt,

     

    We are using CA APM 10.2 and this behavior is not for every dashboard for some dashboard it happens. No there no alert if i edit this dashboard.

    I think it best if you raise a support case so we can troubleshoot in detail with your Management Modules.

    In regards to your last response on the behavior, Lynn is correct.  Please open a support issue as this will need deeper investigation.
