TIM Readiness Guide: Next Steps

Dear APM Team:

Back in 2011, I created a document called the TIM Readiness Guide. It was to assist you in verifying that the TIM switch connection was seeing the correct traffic. This was last updated in 2013 when the MTP sections were added.

 

I think a new version that is greatly expanded is needed. This includes more details on SSL, Troubleshooting,Tools,etc. It should be called the TIM Success Guide because the goal is to keep your TIM healthy

 

I expect this to become several documents. The goal is to get them all out by year end.

If you have topics that you want to have consider for inclusion, please let me know

 

This will be an interesting journey...
