    Environments - Prod & Non-Prod

    OS - Windows 2012 Server

    App Svr - WebLogic 10.3

    APM - Introscope Java Agent v10.1

    The following property work perfectly in non-prod

    introscope.agent.agentName=WebLogicAgent

    Also, logs are being written separately (in non-prod):

    But in prod the above property does not work.

    The logs are not being written separately (in prod)

    Not sure why it's not working in prod env. I've checked permission issues and that's not contributing. Same admin privileged service account is used in both environments to install the agent.

    Thanks in advance for helping

    Did you setup your startup class?

    Looks like the Application Team goofed on that step. They checked "non-prod" and surely it was there and missing it in "prod". Concurrently..........I missed it too and didn't even think about checking............Ooops!
