I am getting this error in my application. Has anyone seen this before:

This could be the business definition in CEM I suspect but I need to confirm.

That error relates to application triage map data generated by the agent, the error tends to suggest your EM (the EM the agent is reporting to) has lost connection with the APM database, or just generally has some issue communicating the data to the DB.

First port of call is to check the EM logs for any messages about database inaccessible, and figuring out why it would be inaccessible - for example, is it still up
