  • 1.  Customizing Problems List in CA APM alert

    Hi,

    In the APM alerts, the problem details that contains the full path of the metric whose threshold is reached is displayed.

    This full path is not easy to read and multiple such lines make the email look cluttered. Is it possible to shorten this.

     

    Below is a sample metric.

     

    Problem Details:

     

    CautionSuperDomain|hostname|Tibco Enterprise Message Service|Tibco Enterprise Message Service Agent|Tibco EMS Servers|EUNP-EA1-P|EUNP-EA1 [tcp_//EUNP-EA1-P_41107]|Routes|EUNP-ROUTER1|Status:Is Connected Value0
