    Hi Ricardo:

It is always easier when you can build your metric expressions by verifying the metric path using the Investigator. Do you have a screen shot in Investigator of what you are trying to replicate?

    Thanks

    Hi Ricardo:

I think it would be best to open a case to work on and do a webex where we can review logs and try out various options in the Investigator, I see three different _PREs in this thread:

    SIJHA_PRE

    MYSIS_PRE

    SISA_PRE (Screenshot)

Marking case as Answered since a case is the next step for resolution

    Thanks

Great to hear Ricardo!. I read your two blogs yesterday in Portuguese. Hope that you do some more as time allows.
