- Use this for questions involving features, compatibility, what to do next in a scenario, etc. that can be answered in a few paragraphs,
Else untick “mark this discussion as a question.”
- If a question involves reviewing configuration files then it should probably be a support case unless a simple change is required.
- Use Support cases for performance, integration, break-fixes, and other complex issues etc.
- Answers to customization issues needed to be provided by other groups than Support so these may take some time for a response.
