  • 1.  Historic Metric Querying

    Howdy Community,

     

    I've tried my hand at CLW to try to get a listing of the historic metrics for an agent, and I don't have any more hair to pull to get an answer to the "What historic metrics are being stored for a given agent?"

     

    One of our Cross-Enterprise Agents has 140,000 historic metrics and it has grown over the last month or so and our admin has no clue what happened last month to have caused the 80k historic metrics to grow to 140,000.

     

    Is there any way I can get a listing of historic metrics for an agent that might help us determine what metrics are making the historic metrics to grow?
