Just want to if .NET Agent 9.5 compatible with Window Server 2012r2?
As i install just the perfmon collector, i was not able to see the server in Introscope Console.

You should always download and view the compatibility guide for the version you have deployed.

Arwintrambulo - there is no v9.5.5 .NET agent. The latest 9.5.x agent (before it jumps to v9.6) is v9.5.3. Currently I am having issues installing that agent on a Windows 2008 R2 SP2 with SharePoint 2013 (.NET v4.0) server.
9.5.5 is an Java agent only release.

Did you look at the release notes about the compatibility of the agent version to SP?
